Children & Chiropractic

Working with children is very enjoyable for Dr. Athens. As a father of 4 (two sets of twins), he is very comfortable with children and enjoys helping them to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Many common childhood ailments are treated successfully with chiropractic care. Those ailments/conditions include: scoliosis, ear infections, sinus & allergy issues, colic & reflux and chronic coughs. Dr. Nick has adjusted his own children since birth. Adjustments on babies and small children are done mainly to the neck to ensure that the spinal fluids can flow freely to the brain and assist in the growth process.
